"For yourself or a gift, this set of 11 handmade, 3D trading ships are designed to replace the 2D trading ships in Settlers of Catan. This is a new and improved design, perfected after some play-testing.
Each ship is approximately .75" tall and the bases are 1.25" long and 1" wide, just the size to cover over the ships on the seas around the island of Catan.
This 11 ship set includes 1 ship each that trade wood, wheat, brick, and ore; 2 ships that trade sheep; and 5 ships that trade any resource 3:1. Each base is a light blue, to blend into the water in the sea around Catan. A 3D replica of the building resource being traded by the ship is situated on the base so that the entire table can see their potential ports!
To use these ships with the 4-player game, please remove one sheep ship, and one 3:1 ship. Include those two ships if you intend to play with the 5-6 player extension.
These ships are compatible with both the base game and the Cities and Knights expansion set."

You should do this!!! Seriously!!!

The other night, we ordered pizza from Papa John's (mmm....garlic butter!) and in the spirit of TheArtofTrolling and FailBlog type pranks/ideas, we put "draw a wizard on the box" in the delivery instructions....and they freaking did!!!! They drew this fairly detailed wizard on the inside of one of the pizza boxes! So you should try it and let me know how they respond and what you can get them to draw!

But I am le tired!

"Back before text messaging, there were other ways to fill in gaps of time in class. Remember how when you were bored in school, you'd try to spell different things out on your calculators?

We do, too.

Introducing our new "LE SIGH" Convo Calculator Cover! Inspired by "The End of Ze World" viral video from earlier this decade, it's made to protect your gadgets from your pockets.

Video can be seen here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nZMwKPmsbWE

Measures 3.25" by 5.25" (approx. 8.5 cm by 13.5 cm), dual-lined with Eco-Felt (made from 100% recycled plastic bottles), detailed on a bright orange & a soft cream interior. Each layer is hand-stitched together with orange and blue embroidery floss to ensure that your gadget stays protected.

Attractive coloured buttons stitched into place to resemble the keys you'd press to get the message on the "screen", spelling "LE SIGH" in numbers. It even has a little snap stitched into the top flap to make sure your gadget stays inside the sleeve and your earphones are free to come out.

Hand-stamped "nerd JERK" label adorns the back on a cornflower blue cotton ribbon.

Fits the following: iPhone, 3G, 3Gs, iTouch 1st gen, 2nd gen, 3rd gen, small cameras and other similarly shaped phones & gadgets. :)

Beam me up!

 "Casualwear aboard the USS Enterprise
It was a late night in the sciences lab on board the USS Enterprise. The Captain said he needed a cure for the virox plague on Cor Caroli V, so that meant every scientist on the ship was hunched over a scanner. All night, your forehead was pressed into the scanner hood until your eyes burned.
Those late night sessions always made for difficult morning shifts, and at 0800 you have to be up-and-at-em at your post. You roll out of your bunk and plod over to the foodslot for your morning coffee. Too tired to even put on your uniform, you hope nobody will mind that you're wearing your Starfleet issue bathrobe.

I mean, it looks like a uniform, from a distance - they're the same color as your sciences department top, or command-gold if that was your department. They have your department insignia on the left breast, and even your rank embroidered on the sleeve. As long as you stay casual and relaxed (easy to do in this warm and soft terrycloth bathrobe), nobody will notice anything's amiss.
You step up to the food slot, insert your bright red data tape, watch the blinkenlights for a moment, and out pops a steaming hot cup of Ethiopian Sidamo. Armed with your stimulant, it's back to the sonic showers before you join Alpha shift on the bridge. Those buttons aren't going to press themselves.
Features
  • Warm and soft terrycloth robes
  • Officially licensed by CBS
  • Embroidered insignia on left breast and rank on the sleeves
  • 100% cotton
  • Measurements:
    • Length: 49 inches
    • Waist: Up to 50 inches
    • Sleeves: 34 inches"

"Silicone rubber is cut into an organic network of distorting ellipses. The pattern displays shifts in direction and scale, creating a sense of movement and tension around the wrist. These complex forms recall those of radiolarians, plant cells and even the familiar honey comb.

This bracelet is formed from a single piece of silicone and comes laced with a silk satin ribbon. Silicone rubber is an odorless and heat resistant rubber. Its high tensile strength allows the bracelet to recover from both stretching and crushing with no damage.

Ackbar's Word of Advice

 Above: Outside of card

Below: inside of card
"Admiral Ackbar must have been heartbroken as a young Mon Calamari. Just ask him about love and this is what he'll say.

Both he and the word 'love' were hand carved and hand stamped by myself in a rust color. The image was then embossed to make a professional glossy 3D image! The inside of the card reads "...it's a TRAP!"

The card is acid free, and of a standard 4" x 5.5" size. The envelope is made of a brown kraft-like paper and has a heart stamped on the flap.

I can make these to order, so let me know if there is a customization you would like and I'll let you know if I can do it for you."

No Black Holes Yet...

"This poster celebrates the Large Hadron Collider (LHC), a $20 billion, multi-national, gigantic particle accelerator spanning the French/Switzerland border. It's used by physicists to study the smallest known particles, all in an attempt to understand the nature of the Universe. Thought I might try and give it a nice-looking treatment since it's an amazing piece of scientific technology.

The total print size is 11 by 18 inches, and is printed on white, heavyweight (235 gsm) Moab Lasal photo matte paper*. The aged look and feel is part of the original image. The print will be shipped rolled in a mailing tube for protection.

Paypal is recommended for fastest shipment (within 1 week of payment). Personal checks and money orders will be accepted, though with a necessary delay in shipment while everything clears the bank.

Thanks so much for your interest, and please check my other listings to find other design prints!

*If you're interested in a larger print for your wall, contact me and we can of course figure out sizes and costs."
