"Washi (和紙) is a type of paper made in Japan. The word wash comes from Japanese words for “Japanese” and “paper.” Washi, also known as wagami, is traditionally a handmade Japanese paper based on three chief components: kozo or mulberry bark, gampi, and misumata.

Washi tape is a high quality masking tape made of rice paper. It is a material which is beautiful yet useful at the same time. You can tear it, stick it, reposition it, write on it. The low tack adhesive makes it extremely easy to use and reuse.

"Check out this sweet vintage Dogfish Anatomy chart that was published by the Welch Scientific Company in 1963. This chart, which is in great condition, is printed on a heavy canvas material and has great vivid colors. Wooden dowels are attached to the top and bottom, with a metal hook attached to the top for easy hanging.

The right side of the chart has an illustration of the dogfish as seen from above, pointing out the various components of the dogfish nervous system. The left side of the chart has a detailed illustration of the components of the dogfish eye. Directly beneath this is a detailed illustration of the dogfish brain. Finally, running along the bottom of the chart is a nice and large illustration of a side view of the dogfish, specifically identifying the components of the Vestibulo-Lateralls System.

The Distant Future...The Year 2000

"These little robots are anxious and excited to invade, i mean, move in to their new dwelling. They measure roughly 2.5" across, 1.5-2" tall, and have about 1" width. They are made from reclaimed wood, sawed, roughly sanded, and scrap bolts and metal.
They have "dirty" features so they have an industrial look.
Note also, since these are handmade, and art pieces, limbs, features will be unevenly applied, paint, adhesive may also be unevenly applied. Robots may not look straight---they may appear crooked with their stance, by they are able to stand independently. Moreover, these are partially sanded to have a rough appearance, consistent with the modern look (so note tiny bot has uneven, rough, un-sanded surfaces, see edges in image three, so you know exactly what you're buying).

These are meant for decoration only, and the limbs are fixed. If you try to move arms they will break. These are not meant for homes with small inquisitive children or pet animals, since they have sharp edges, and are small structures. Thank you!"

"Part of my personal collection of clothes, these were played with but still looks nice but as is due to the fact they were played with and are vintage, I think the helmet was actually GI joe...I lost the original helmet or misplaced it somewhere when I last moved and just haven't come across it in any boxes. This helmet is nice and detailed as seen in photos. Does not fit the curvy Barbie but it does fit the model Barbie and the skinny waste Barbie like the one in the photo. I am a Barbie lover of over 40 years not a professional collector, I have items I love and wasn't based on value or perfection. If you have purchased from me before you know that I love every doll for one reason or another. This one was never played with except by me. I am now disabled and cannot enjoy the dolls like I used to and so I have had several request for them and that is why I am selling so that someone else can love them and continue to care for them like I did."

"I've taken a vintage periodic table of chemical elements (lanthanides and actinides omitted) and reworked the imagery to be appear sepia, aged and stained; in fact parts of it almost resembles antiqued brown leather. This truly has to be the ideal gift for a chemist or for someone in the medical profession.

The brass cuff measures 1.5" tall and 5.5" round with an opening of 1.5", easily adjustable by using slight pressure once on your wrist. The brass (an alloy of zinc and copper) ages beautifully and uniquely; it will change patina over time and this is completely natural. The artwork I use is slightly translucent and the patterns you see are from the patina of the brass underneath. All protected under a sealant for extra durability but I would advise NOT to go rushing into the sea whilst wearing it or similar interactions with water.

This piece is handmade in England, United Kingdom so please allow 5-7 days before it can be shipped....things have to dry !
