This cushion cover is a bold embroidered representation of a neuron, as sketched by Ramón y Cajal. The image on the cushion cover has been freehand machine embroidered, which means that it was done by hand and not by some glamorous computer programmed machine.
This is a large cushion cover, at 21" x 21", which would make for a great statement cushion for any good mancave, especially if the man in question has a passion for the sciences.
